We come out, measure the slab and the existing structure, and tell you on site what is repairable and what is not.
Enclosures are permitted work in Miami-Dade. We prepare the drawings and file them.
Frame goes up, screen goes in. Most rescreens are a day; a new cage is three to five.
County inspection closes the permit, and you get the paperwork with the invoice.
